who am i? friend, mother, secret lover? revolutionary? the dark enigma stomping around my room writing poetry in my journal? nah. not really. i’m just a person that probably likes the same things that you do, but i will try not to be a jerk about it if i don’t.

i’ve spent the days since onerythym launched this site and set up these pages, thinking about what to put in this part. “the legend of me”. i guess really, you’ll find out who i am as i do. i’ll post stuff. you’ll read, and hopefully enjoy it all the while learning who i am. don’t forget to comment so i can interact with you, too.

as far as background, i grew up in the same small town as onerythym. it was the only home i knew from the time i was born untill i left for vcu. i have always been a really creative person. captivated by video games, movies and comics as a kid, i used to love to draw and have always had a very active imgination. of course, being an only child in a small town helps.

so whether it was toys and games when i was a kid, doing art and working with the video program in my high school, or the persuit and resulting work experience from my communications degree, i have always sought some sort of creative outlet.

these days i work in radio, freelance in television, play on the internet, and catch movies when i can. i still love video games but find the time i have for them comes and goes based on the chaos in my life. the same with the few television shows i am willing to give my time to. i like to have music around me when ever it fits what i’m doing and i love my family and have the privilege of finding several friends that i feel as strongly about.

i’ve been blessed to meet so many amazing people and through this i hope i can create something that they enjoy, and hopefully encounter new people all while feeding my need to create something. and while this comes off sounding really deep and pretentious, i think you’ll come to realize that this site, and what i hope to contribute it will not be complex, but come down to one simple word: fun. so i’ll do my best not to suck, and you do your best to enjoy the non-sucking. =D
